Graduate of the yeshiva and the Kollel Gavoha. Rav Matan has semikha as well as a master's degree in Jewish philosophy from Bar Ilan University. He teaches Gemara at Yeshivat Neve Shmuel and is on staff at Sulamot, where he writes sifrei halakha.
