Graduate of the yeshiva, Herzog College and the Eretz Hemda Institute. Lecturer in Biblical and Oral Torah in the Beit Midrash for Rabbis in Rome and Rabbi of the Beit Shmuel Synagogue in the city. Qualified to be a judge on behalf of the Chief Rabbinate of Israel and a member of the court in Rome and Milan. Published articles in a variety of journals in the fields of Halakha, Bible and Philosophy.
