Dr. Yosefa (Fogel) Wruble

Dr. Yosefa (Fogel) Wruble, ramit in the Women's Beit Midrash Migdal Oz, holds a doctorate in Bible from Bar-Ilan University, a master’s degree in Bible from Bar-Ilan University and a BA in Literature and Judaic Studies from Yeshiva University. She has a teaching degree from Herzog College, and lectures widely on Bible and Jewish Law.
