Rav Baruch Weintraub
Rav Baruch Weintraub was born in Ramat Gan and is a graduate of Yeshivat Har Etzion (Machzor 35). He fulfilled his Hesder army duty as a tank soldier in the Armored Corps. After completing Hesder, Rav Baruch continued his studies at Yeshivat Har Etzion in the framework of the Kollel Gavoha and received semicha from the Chief Rabbinate of Israel. Between the years 5771-5774 he served as the Assistant Head of the Torah MiTzion / Yeshiva University (YU) Beit Midrash in Toronto. After returning to Israel, he was appointed community rabbi of Mevaser Zion, Tel Mond. In 2018, Rav Baruch returned to the yeshiva, teaching a shana bet shiur, alongside Rav Yair Kahn and Rav Yishai Jeselsohn.
